for u338 Platform Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and u338 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the u338 platform accessible at u338.cam ("the Platform").

The Platform provides online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and related gaming services to registered users. By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

The following terms, when used in these Terms, shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of cash funds held in a Player's Account wallet, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or bonus amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a Player's personal payment method into their u338 Account Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which u338 verifies a Player's identity and eligibility to use the Platform.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency denomination used for Account Balances and transactions on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the u338 website, mobile-optimised site, and associated services accessible at u338.cam.
• "Rollover Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it, or winnings derived from it, may be withdrawn.
• "Sports Betting" means wagering on the outcomes of sporting events, including but not limited to football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League), UFC, and other markets offered on the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's Account Balance to their designated payment method.

To register and maintain an Account on u338, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be aged 21 years or older. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any feature of the Platform, including free-play modes.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register Accounts.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with u338 or any applicable self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of u338 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law. You accept full responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not hold any existing active Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited.

u338 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant, or to suspend any existing Account, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that any eligibility criterion is not satisfied. Age verification documents may be requested at any time during the Account lifecycle.

To use the real-money gaming features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on u338. If multiple Accounts are detected as belonging to the same individual — assessed by matching name, address, date of birth, IP address, payment method, or device fingerprint — the Company reserves the right to close all but the first registered Account and forfeit any balances associated with the duplicate Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. u338 will never request your password through live chat, email, or any outbound communication channel.

You must notify u338 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. The Company shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

u338 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following payment channels:

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. u338 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Depositing funds through business accounts, jointly held accounts, or accounts belonging to another person is prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

u338 does not charge a processing fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment network.

Players may request withdrawal of their Account Balance (cash funds only, excluding uncleared bonus funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method.
• Any active deposit bonus or promotion-linked funds must satisfy the applicable Rollover Requirement before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification at the Company's discretion.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Alternative withdrawal methods may be permitted subject to additional verification.

u338 targets the following processing timeframes for withdrawal requests, measured from the time of approval:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: Typically under 5 minutes during business hours.
• DuitNow / FPX transfers: Typically 5 to 15 minutes.
• Bank Wire (direct transfer): Typically 15 to 60 minutes.

These are indicative timeframes. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. u338 is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.

u338 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are communicated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only cash winnings generated from wagering bonus funds (after meeting the Rollover Requirement) are eligible for withdrawal.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player unless explicitly stated. Claiming a bonus through multiple Accounts is considered abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• Rollover Requirements must be satisfied within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unfulfilled bonus funds will expire and be removed from the Account upon reaching the deadline.
• u338 reserves the right to reclaim bonus amounts and any winnings derived therefrom if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was obtained or used in an abusive, fraudulent, or collusive manner.
• Certain games may contribute differently toward Rollover Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution percentages are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are only available to players who have not activated a self-exclusion arrangement and who are not using any responsible gambling limitations that would conflict with bonus eligibility.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u338 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using your own or another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or game malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from technical errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated wagering patterns with other players with the intent to manipulate game outcomes or bonus terms.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account, login credentials, or Account Balance to another person.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, hedging strategies across Accounts, or other wagering patterns designed primarily to extract promotional value with minimal risk exposure.

u338 employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, the Company may, without prior notice: suspend the Account, void affected bets and bonus winnings, withhold or forfeit the Account Balance pending investigation, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

All casino games available on the u338 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and arcade games — are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

All random-outcome games (slots, virtual table games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are determined by each game's software provider and are disclosed within the respective game information panels.

In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your screen and what is recorded on u338's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative for the purpose of resolving any dispute. Technical malfunctions void all affected plays and associated payouts.

For sports betting markets, u338 reserves the right to void any wager where a market was offered in error, where the event has been cancelled or significantly altered, or where the Company has evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised.

In summary, u338 processes your personal data for the following primary purposes: account management and authentication; payment processing and fraud prevention; KYC and regulatory compliance; customer support; platform analytics and product improvement; and responsible gambling monitoring.

No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, adapted, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of u338. Unauthorised use of any Platform content constitutes infringement and may give rise to legal action.

Subject to these Terms, u338 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u338 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

u338's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action, regardless of the form, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

u338 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by u338's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

u338 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in or is suspected of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour;
• A Player's account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory inquiry, or court order;
• The Player is identified as a self-excluded individual under an applicable programme;
• u338 is required to do so under applicable law or the requirements of its gaming licence;
• The Player's Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining verified Cash Balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact the support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which u338 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to first contact u338's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. u338 commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with the terms of the applicable gaming licence.

u338 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, u338 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Players via the Platform or registered email address. In all cases, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, request closure of your Account.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. u338 recommends reviewing these Terms whenever you return to the Platform after a period of absence.
